Hitchcock Restaurant

All things local in Seattle

This week we are diving into one of Seattle's favorite restaurants: Hitchcock Restaurant. Hitchcock has been around for seven years and is known for super local cuisine. The meats, seafood and produce are all locally sourced, and everything is always fresh.

What's really great about the restaurant is that you can visit and just get something to nibble (like almonds with curry powder) with a drink, a full plate (try the steelhead salmon) or even a full tasting menu. They even have vegetarian and wine pairing menus available. Yes, some items are pretty pricey (one item is $95!) but you can eat well there for $15 or $20.

Have you ever visited Hitchcock Restaurant? What did you think? What is your favorite meal there?
